  • Order confirmation from UAB ” Taktiniai sprendimai”, legal and actual address Ateities g. 10, Vilnius, Lithuania, reg. No.: 304490992, the parties confirm the fact of receipt of the Customer’s order, but do not mean that the order has been fulfilled. UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” reserves the right to refuse to execute orders in cases where the situation cannot be resolved by us (for example, the supplier cannot deliver the specific product). In case of any problems with the execution of the order, UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” reports this to the buyer.
  • The Client is fully responsible for the security of his/her registration data by transferring his/her personal registration account information to a third party.
  • The client is obliged to make corrections to personal information if the information included in the registration form has changed.
  • By shopping in UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” online store, the customer agrees to receive the special offer and the latest news from UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” in his e-mail in the future.
  • The customer has the right to request the deletion of his personal data from the UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” database by sending a request to the e-mail: info@tactical-solutions.eu.
  • Orders can only be placed in the UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” online store.
  • The prices of all goods are indicated in euros including VAT.
  • At the customer’s request, UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” may make changes to the existing order within one working day from the moment of placing the order, except for cases when the order has already been packed or shipped. The changes in the order shall be applicable to the following cases:
  • adding a new product;
  • inventory changes;

  • The adequacy of the product description, the technical information contained or the image of the product is the responsibility of the supplier or manufacturers of the product. Such errors may occur due to incorrect indication of the product description by the supplier or manufacturer or for any other reason beyond the control of the UAB ” Taktiniai sprendimai”. Payment terms

UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” online store offers the following payment methods:

  • With payment cards Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro.
  • Payment by bank transfer.
  • Carefully fill in all the data required for making a purchase. The system will automatically generate an invoice based on this data. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail specified in the order.
  • When making a payment in a bank, it is mandatory to indicate the invoice number. Delivery of the goods will be carried out only after receiving the full amount of payment.

Terms of delivery

The delivery of goods purchased by UAB ” Taktiniai sprendimai ” is ensured through DPD and Omniva. When contacting the seller, another method of delivery is possible.

Shipping costs:

Delivery costs are calculated from the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. In the Baltic region according to Omniva and DPD current delivery tariff.

The product will be sent to the specified address within the next working day from the moment of receipt of the full payment amount.

Delivery of goods may be delayed if any previously unforeseen force majeure circumstances occur. Delivery will be delayed for a period of time appropriate to force majeure circumstances.

 

Right of withdrawal

  • If the Consumer decides to withdraw from the purchase, the situation is resolved within the framework of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania relating to the rights and obligations of consumers. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the Distance Contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller. The consumer must hand over the returned product in a complete set. We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product, so that when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms of the Distance Contract, the product is not externally damaged.
  • UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” reserves the right not to apply the terms of the Distance Agreement and not to accept back the product(s) in case the product(s) were made for the customer according to an individual project or order thus being personalized.

The procedure for returning goods

The consumer is obliged to immediately notify about the defect of the goods, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order;

The procedure for returning the goods:

  • Attach a document confirming the purchase (internet bank printout or invoice issued by the courier);
  • The product in the original, undamaged packaging must be delivered or sent to the address of UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” Ateities g. 10, Vilnius, Lithuania, indicating the contact phone +370 657 46528.
  • UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” has the right to refuse acceptance of the returned product and not to return the money if the quality of the product, the original packaging, the deadline for the execution of the right of withdrawal have been observed;
  • UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai” undertakes to return the full value of the goods by one bank transfer to the buyer’s bank account no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day when the Consumer sends a completed return form;
  • When returning or changing the goods, the Consumer bears the risk and cost of transportation.
  • If you refuse the goods, the money for transportation is not returned.
  • If the product is exchanged for another, the Consumer shall bear the repeated delivery costs.

Procedure for the settlement of disputes

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with this website, all rights and obligations provided for in these terms and conditions, as well as all activities within them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania to the extent that these terms and conditions were a fully concluded and fully performed agreement in Lithuania. The Contracting Parties hereby confirm that they will endeavor to resolve all disputes relating in any way relating to the visit to the website or arising in connection with the performance, interpretation or termination of this Distance Agreement. If the parties are unable to resolve the disputes through negotiations, they shall refer all disputes, disagreements or claims to one of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless the Consumer has in any way violated or is about to violate the intellectual property rights of UAB “Taktiniai sprendimai”.
